This was challenge on CM so here is what I came up with. Since one of my New Years resolutions is to become more organized, I decided this would hold all my scissors. LOL I may need to make another one, well see though.
I made this layout last night for my sister and she decided she wanted to learn how to scrap. All I could do was laugh... For the last 8yrs that I have been scrapping she said "It's a waste of time and money." Well I think she may have a new HOBBY. We'll have to see though.
This is my maw maw, when she was in 7th grade. I was going through some pics and found a few from when she was in school, so I decided I would scrap them and here is the first one I did. I think it came out really good. I recieved the papers from a swap so I'm not sure who makes them.
This was a challenge in one of the groups I belong to on CM, I thought it was a cute idea once I made it. So I decided to make them for my sons class this Valentine's. Instead of using the regular size candy bar, I'm gonna use the smaller one's that you buy in packs of 10. I used red card stock, white cardstock, stamps for the Angel Stamp company and black Stanzon ink and Pink Martha Stewart Ink. Here is a link to the instructions if you would like to make one: http://www.5min.com/Video/How-to-make-a-Slider-Candy-Bar-Holder-77392425
This was a challenge in a group I belong to and it goes back Ali Edwards blog and fell in love with the idea. The concept is to identify a word that represents what you want out of the next year. The word I chose is Patience. I think I lost it about a year ago so just trying to find my way back to it.
Main Entry: pa·tience Pronunciation: \ˈpā-shən(t)s\ Function: noun Date: 13th century 1 : the capacity, habit, or fact of being patient
So this what I came up with: I altered some poker chips, used chipboard letters and they are hung with ribbon. It hangs on my scrap room wall so I can see it every day.
Earlier this afternoon, Pepper was in my craft room and she decided to pull out a box with clear stamps in it. She open the top and walked around with the first pack she saw. Well I got to thinking and I decided to use them to make this ATC. I used pink flock and purple flock, Martha Stewart glue pad and Garden Words Stamp by Inkadinkado. Hope you enjoy.
I was bored watching the Saints give the game to the Carolina Panthers so I went and started unpacking some stuff I bought at HL last week and I ran across the Santa stamp and decided to make an ATC card. This is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy looking.
